I tried dpdk-testpmd with DPDK24.03 with AMD EPYC 9754 CPU platform, and
IO_PAGE_FAULT error occurred, and dpdk-testpmd hanged at ¡°Configuring Port
0 (socket 0)¡° step¡£

My HW and OS information as attachment. Could you please help give some
advice£¿ Thank you so much.
