[JS] my suggestion is to remove“pkt_len <= pipe_tc_credits“, “ pkt_len <= pipe_tc_ov_credits”and use only “pkt_len <= pipe_tc_credits + pipe_tc_ov_credits“
While keeping tc_ov flag on.
