I am trying to run testpmd with an Intel E710 NIC, with this command:
  dpdk-testpmd -l 10-15 -n 4 -a <INTERFACE> -- -i --nb-cores=2 --rxq=16 --txq=136

and getting this error:
  i40e_pf_get_vsi_by_qindex(): queue_index out of range. VMDQ configured?

when decreasing the number of queues to 128, it works, and on 129, it doesn't

After looking a bit through the DPDK code, it seems like a firmware/hardware limitation.
I am hoping that there is a way to lift it

Some details: arch is x86, DPDK version is 20.11

DId anyone have this issue and manage to solve it?
