Hi,

I am using DPDK 21.08 and am stuck with these linking errors.

../lib64/librte_net_bond.a(net_bonding_rte_eth_bond_pmd.c.o): In function
`vdrvinitfn_pmd_bond_drv':

rte_eth_bond_pmd.c:(.text.startup+0x1e): undefined reference to
`rte_vdev_register'

../lib64/librte_net_bond.a(net_bonding_rte_eth_bond_api.c.o): In function
`rte_eth_bond_create':

rte_eth_bond_api.c:(.text+0x11a8): undefined reference to `rte_vdev_init'

../lib64/librte_net_bond.a(net_bonding_rte_eth_bond_api.c.o): In function
`rte_eth_bond_free':

rte_eth_bond_api.c:(.text+0x1231): undefined reference to `rte_vdev_uninit'

collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

Any pointer because testpmd is compiling fine. It is just my app that is
giving me this issue.

Thanks.

NV

Hi All,

Please disregard the above lib issue.
It was due to some error condition in makefile because of that vdev lib is
not getting linked.

Thanks.

NV
