I've been using an older DPDK version to build dpdk.ko which I've been
packaging up in an RPM. I was just running:

make -j32 T=x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc RTE_KERNELDIR=%{kernel_builddir}

I downloaded the latest source, and I see that it no longer seems to
work, is there an equivalent set of meson/ninja commands to just build
dpdk.ko somewhere in the same fashion?
