The below version is too old, and you can take any Upstream community version that includes all of the supported features.
Are you looking for a specific feature?
If so, let me know, and I’ll point you to the relevant community version that has it.

I cannot get a list of available versions Nvidia's download page and the only versions I can find:

are old. Unlike dpdk.org, Nvidia's download page is not giving me versions to choose from. If I don't know the link ahead of time, I can't know the current version.
