Hi All ,
              I have question regarding DPDK NIC-Firmware version compatibility. https://doc.dpdk.org/guides/nics/i40e.html.
I have highlighted the DPDK version in use.   Does the following matrix indicates that, "minimum version of Firmware or exact version"?
