Hi Team,
It seems NetVSC PMD without SR-IOV slaves cannot receive IPV6 multicast packets for neighbor resolving...evn configured mac address spoofing enabled.
Is it this way by design?

Are you testing on Azure? Azure doesn't support IPv6 multicast for guests?
On Hyper-V you would have to go and enable some NIC settings on host to allow multicast.

How can I configure host side to enable IPv6?
