* [dpdk-web] [PATCH] This commit announces two changes for the Atomic Rules Arkville net/ark PMD. The first is the planned support for 16 Zero-Copy RX Queue Pairs in DPDK 17.11. The second is ARM Architecture support in DPDK 18.02.
