We have two different HW block for packet processing.
block 1: vNIC(More like traditional NIC)
block 2: ONA (OCTEONTX network accelerators for NPU style packet processing)
CN88xx, CN83xx, CN81xx, CN80xx has HW block 1:
CN83xx has both HW blocks which is exposed as
drivers/net/thunderx/nicvf and drivers/net/octeontx/.
