Fixes following error:
LD libdpdk.so
/usr/bin/ld: /root/dpdk/build/lib/libdpdk.so: version node not found
for symbol <function>@DPDK_x.y
Defines version symbols in a fixed path libdpdk.map file and this
value hardcoded into makefile
