PHY type ICE_PHY_TYPE_LOW_10G_SFI_C2C is incorrectly mapped to media
type Fiber which results in ethtool reporting the wrong Supported
ports.
PHY type ICE_PHY_TYPE_LOW_10G_SFI_C2C should map to media type
Backplane.
