Hi Qian,

The idea is good and a performance tuning guide would be very useful. I think that it could be structured a little differently to keep the Intel/non-Intel information separate and allow other maintainers to contribute sections.

I think the subject is probably distinct enough to merit its own guide and it is more of an advanced topic than a getting started topic.
