In that case shouldn't we continue to process the ring?

Yes, we are updating the loop index and following the required clean-up.



Also, don't we have the same issue with copy_desc_to_mbuf()

Thank you. Will update in the V2 patch.



and get_zmbuf()?

This patch is not targeted for zero-copy cases.
