Hi all,
Here is a new LTS release:

The git tree is at:

DPDK 18.11.8 has fixes for CVE-2020-10722, CVE-2020-10723
and CVE-2020-10724.
Thanks to the issue reporters, to the developers for fixing them,
and to Red Hat and Intel for validating the fixes.
