A new DPDK release candidate is ready for testing:

There are 100 new patches in this snapshot.

As usual, you can report any issue on https://bugs.dpdk.org
Only documentation and critical bug fixes should be accepted at this stage.
There is only one week remaining before the end of the month.
DPDK 24.07-rc4 should be the last release candidate.
