General Discussion
* 24.11 roadmap status:

* Make sure you run check-git-log before Applying series (Patrick did not
do this, and will force push this morning to correct)
* We should prioritize merging over developing at this time. So, Patrick
will tell Dean and Nick to stop their current development and work
exclusively on providing reviews.
* RC2 targeting Nov 6 now
Patch discussions
* Luca did send the RFC of Alex’s MTU_Update suite, which Nick has started
incorporating into the old jumboframes testsuite
   * He will stop working on this until the most important reviews are
finished
   * Thomas sent some old mailing list conversations about how to use MTU
to determine real packet size to accept (Ferruh had an idea about checking
device capabilities to determine this)

* DTS Docs bugfix: moves DTS docs to the same dir as dpdk docs

   * Patrick will review today
* Vlan test suites is merged:

   * Includes filtering on VLAN tags, vlan insertion, vlan stripping
   * Makes use of VLAN_FILTER and VLAN_INSERT rx_offload capabilities in

   * UNH guys will start running this in the lab on jenkins (this is still
not sending reports to the mailing list)
* Copying DPDK build to SUT
   * Patrick is reviewing
* Pydantic: Nick still reviewing this series
   * https://patchwork.dpdk.org/project/dpdk/list/?series=32823
   * Pydantic models are not built well for the API Docs. Some pydantic
internals are being shown instead of the fields.
   * Removes warlock dependency from poetry
* Mypy is is now interpreting types for scapy, which may be due to a new
minor version of mypy
   * Version lock to the previous minor version for this release?
* Patrick will continue merging testsuites, including mac_filter,
dual_vlan, dynamic_config (needs to be rebased for new testpmd_shell
functions introduced in the capabilities series), blocklist and l2fwd if
submitted, etc.

* We should add a bugzilla ticket for discussing fuzz testing in DTS
   * Patrick can add
* API docs do not include the testsuites, so this needs to be added
   * Patrick make a ticket for this
