As discussed during today call:
We currently have a regression in the main branch that triggers a failure for
the Scatter unit test on Intel plaforms.
A fix has been submitted but it is not merged yet.
Since all patches are getting flagged as failing because of this regression,
could you disable this test for the time being ?
