Clean log messages:
- remove leading \n in some messages,
- remove trailing \n in some messages,
- split multi lines messages,
- introduce PMD_INIT_FUNC_TRACE macro and use it instead of
  PMD_INIT_LOG(DEBUG, "some_func")
