[dpdk-dev] [PATCH] doc: update qede guide and features

Add LINUX VFIO support to feature list.

Add GRE tunneling offload to supported feature list.

Update firmware references to use newer FW imgae 8.33.12.0. Update
management FW version as well to 8.34.x.x.
