Hi,

DPDK 19.02 should be released on Friday February 1st.
The plan is to do some release candidates every Friday:
	01/11: 19.02-rc2
	01/18: 19.02-rc3
	01/25: 19.02-rc4
	02/01: 19.02.0

Please prepare -next trees on Thursday at the latest.
