While I have several mandatory patches in mind for mlx4 that were pushed
between 4.14 and 4.15, I'm not familiar enough with what happened on the
Linux side to compile a complete list for 4.12. The useful info here is you
should target 4.15 for proper mlx4 support, not 4.14.
Adding Shahaf who may know the right people to request such a list from.
