Added vHost PMD arguments 'linear-buffer' and 'ext-buffer'
to configure  'RTE_VHOST_USER_LINEARBUF_SUPPORT' and
'RTE_VHOST_USER_EXTBUF_SUPPORT' flags in the vhost library
