This series of patches include changes to l3fwd example application.
Some improvements are made for better usage of CPU cycles and memory.

v3:
Dropped 1/3 code reorg from v2.

v2:
Dropped 1/4 prefetch to write change from v1.
Dropped 4/4 data struct change from v1.
Added 1/3 code reorganize.
Updated 3/3 to add 'const'. (Jerin)
