[PATCH v8 0/4] net/sfc: support VLAN stripping offload

This patch series adds VLAN stripping offload. Note that this
offload are device level offload.

  * fix minor issues
  * update the release notes

  * raise an error if there is no callback for efo_get_count

  * remove the extra check
