This patch series adds an expansion of the scatter test suite which has a test case that tests the functionality with the offload, and it leverages the capabilities patch to enforce that the previous test case gets skipped when not supported. Additionally, since this is the first time we are running testpmd multiple times in a row, more improvements were added surrounding the usage of interactive shells in order to make things like the starting and cleanup more consistent.
