[PATCH v7 0/1] dts: testpmd verbose parser

 * update from string methods in both PacketOffloadFlag and RtePType to
   match the ones in the rss offload flag
 * update the doc-string in RtePType to have proper references to the
   DPDK libraries where the information is taken from.
