The following are the proposed Huawei roadmap items for DPDK 22.11:
* support Tx prepare for bonding.
* suppport dump version, rss reta, optical module and Rx/Tx burst mode
info for proc-info.
* support ethdev Rx/Tx descriptor dump.
* some bugfixes and refactor code for hns3.
* ethdev support error_report/recovery result event (include error reason).
* dmadev support trace_points.
* introduce memarea library.
* telemetry support ethdev/eventdev/dmadev/rawdev dump ops.
* telemetry support query rss, optical module, Rx/Tx burst mode info.
* support device attach and detach on primary and secondary for testpmd.
