A new DPDK release candidate is ready for testing:

This release candidate includes many important fixes.

Changelog (main changes since rc2)
	- fixes for:
		* ixgbe
		* i40e
		* enic
		* kni
		* packet framework table
		* multi-process example
		* FreeBSD
		* Ubuntu
		* IBM Power
	- enhancements:
		* mbuf API for tunnels is better defined
		* AF_PACKET PMD is enabled by default
		* vhost example support new VMDQ API for i40e
		* documentation guides updates in progress

Thank you everyone, we are going to have a stable release,
hopefully in one week.
