The env variable (DIR_WIRELESS_SDK) is needed by FLEXRAN SDK itself.

This variable looks to be unused.

Adding this in test-build.sh (while applying):
        test -z "$FLEXRAN_SDK" || \
        sed -ri     's,(BBDEV_TURBO_SW=)n,\1y,' $1/.config
