Hi Thomas,

The intention was to have this as a separate document, since this application is fairly complex at this point and it is essentially used as an application generator and tester for more APIs and setups than available through the other example apps (similar to testpmd).

But if you decide to put it back to the sample apps guide, I am fine with it.
