The new macros are generated by meson in a standardized format: ``RTE_LIB_`` and ``RTE__``, where ``NAME`` is the upper-case component name, e.g. ``EAL``, ``ETHDEV``, ``VIRTIO``, and ``CLASS`` is the upper-case driver class, e.g. ``NET``, ``CRYPTO``.
