A new DPDK release candidate is ready for testing:

During the last two months, we have merged 823 new patches.
The release notes so far:

Please think about updating the release notes when you add a feature.
Highlights of 19.08-rc1, grouped by category:
General:
- MCS lock
- better pseudo-random number generator
- new Intel QuickData Technology (ioat) PMD
- new non-transparent bridge (ntb) PMD
Networking:
- new actions for TCP and GRE in flow API
- new Huawei (hinic) PMD
- new shared memory (memif) PMD
- zero copy and multi-queues in AF_XDP PMD
Baseband:
- new Intel FPGA LTE FEC PMD
We have four weeks to complete this release cycle.
DPDK 19.08-rc2 is expected on 19th of July.
