Looking on git log, there are missing two files there:

  examples/l2fwd-jobstats/Makefile
  examples/l2fwd-jobstats/main.c

from patch http://dpdk.org/ml/archives/dev/2015-February/014107.html

Yes, it explains why it works on my machine...
I forgot to add them after fixing merge.
It's fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
