It could be broken into two parts:
   - patch-test-net-next,
http://dpdk.org/browse/dpdk/tree/MAINTAINERS#n190
http://dpdk.org/browse/dpdk/tree/drivers/net

   - patch-test-other-next,
all, excepted drivers
