There were some discussions to form a technical board for the DPDK:

After a first meeting of this group, its scope and operation mode
have been approved:
	http://dpdk.org/browse/tools/dpdk-web/commit/?id=5833c070

So it is now part of the development process:
	http://dpdk.org/dev#board

It is small, simple and easy to understand.
As usual, comments are welcome on the dev@ mailing list.

Nice work by this TechBoard getting this established after the Userspace discussion in Dublin in October.
