Hi all,

Here is a new LTS release:

The git tree is at:

This stable release fixes CVE-2019-14818, all users of the vhost
library are strongly encouraged to upgrade as soon as possible.

Tested with two testpmd instances, one with Vhost PMD, the other with
Virtio-user PMD. Intialization goes well, and packets flow.
