Next meeting will be on Wednesday 2025-Feb-15 @ 3pm UTC, and will be
chaired by Stephen.

Agenda Items:
=============

1. Prague 2025 Summit update (Nathan)
  * Likely May 8th/9th at Grandio hotel, will be announced soon on dpdk.org
  * 100 in-person attendees expected + virtual attendance

2. Actions items from the last Governing and Technical boards joint
meeting (Thomas)
  * Discussions about extending the scope of the Tech board
   - Its members could be in charge of specific tasks related to the
identified topics (AI/Security protocols/Cloud)
   - It would likely require changes in the charter
   - Idea to involve universities, but would require good supervision

3. CI overloaded by new revisions of big series being sent back to back
(Aaron)
  * Would require enforcing some policies
