The following is Huawei hns3 roadmap for DPDK 21.08 release:

* Support VF vlan filter configuration
* Support link up/down operation
* Support disabling PFC by dev configure API
* Support multiple TC MAC pause
* Support push mode for Tx queue
* Support multi-process for testpmd
* Support Tx prepare for bonding
* Support refactor for hns3 PMD
