As Stephen noted, Intel has posted our latest Intel DPDK to our site.
The main site is http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/intelligent-systems/intel-technology/packet-processing-is-enhanced-with-software-from-intel-dpdk.html
You'll see the code (as referenced below for download http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/intelligent-systems/intel-technology/dpdk-source-code.html) as well as other supporting documentation.

Thanks for this zip archive of the Intel DPDK.
Although, it does not include any git file (logs, patch format, etc).
As usual, a proper update with logs, formatted patch, etc. will be
finalized soon on:

Hi All,

Just wanted to confirm that 1.4.1 is the latest stable version of DPDK
that is recommended for use?

Thanks,
Sambath
