Hi,
I built clang 3.5.0 and built DPDK successfully with it on FC23:
$ /tmp/llvm-3.5.0.src/Release+Asserts/bin/clang --version
clang version 3.5.0 (tags/RELEASE_350/final)
Target: x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
Thread model: posix
What OS version are you using?
John
