Subject: [dpdk-dev] How to get register dumps of 82599 NICs with a dpdk application
Date: Tue, 17 Feb 2015 11:44:35 +0530	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <CAAcJOpV+Gw3Rcj_6bf717XJwb2zPWSM6Mmd_Bti6AcstaY7E-g@mail.gmail.com> (raw)

Hi,

We are trying to experiment with DPDK’s l2fwd application with two 82599
Intel 10G adapters.

Am able to run the l2fwd application and traffic is successfully forwarded.

We want to verify the NIC registers and ring descriptors when the ports are
bound to DPDK.

Is there a way like "*ethtool*" available for DPDKto get this information.

Regards,
*Saikiran V*
