Hi all,
There was a major failure with gmail accounts.
Due to bounce errors, the mailing list system has removed these accounts.
They are now restored but some preferences may be lost.
Obviously, these users may have missed some emails.

What was the period of the issue? Also does this apply to just gmail.com
email addresses or also to other domains hosted by Google?

There was only some gmail accounts impacted.
I don't know the period, that's why you should check with the archives.
Accounts were removed during less than 2 hours but maybe that the system was
trying to send email few hours before.
