It looks like these dictionary exceptions are submitted quite rarely. But, if it becomes more common in the future you could look at adding a step to your automation which produces a new dictionary every time you run checkpatch, based on any additions to the exception list which came with the patch. But it's probably not worth the effort with the low volume of word exception additions.
