Thanks Ferruh,

Our team spent the weekend clearing the issues with last week's v1
submission, knocking down as many checkpatch issues as we can, cross
compiling to both 32-bit and ARM targets, and of-course, testing on DTS and
other hardware. We expect to follow Thomas' suggestion and re-send the
whole patch as a v2, using -v2 and --in-reply-to options. We feel it would
complicate things to pull the net/ark PMD into still-smaller pieces. Watch
for the v2 patch as early as today; but certainly within a few days. We
understand the integration deadline for 17.05 closes 3/30.
