Hi,

Based on 18. Multi-process Support (
http://dpdk.org/doc/guides-16.04/prog_guide/multi_proc_support.html), we
cannot create one process which works as primary and secondary at the same.

Is it true?

For example, there are three applications.
A <-> B <-> C.

A : primary for B
B : secondary for A
B : primary for C
C : secondary for B

If it is impossible, what is the main reasons?
