Subject: [PATCH] net/mlx5: add queue hardware object context dump
Add debug capability to mlx5 PMD to dump SQ/RQ/CQ HW object context for
a given port/queue. The context dump can provide some real-time
information on cause of certain Tx/Rx Failures.
