My application = is crashing when calling rte_flow_create in two threads at the same time. I tracked the issue down to mlx5_is_thread_alive() in drivers/net/mlx5/windows/mlx5_flow_os.c. This is always returning false. Changing the second return statement to return true fixes the crash.
