[Environment] DPDK version: 24.07.0-rc0 OS: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS (Noble Numbat); 6.8.0-31-generic Compiler: gcc version 13.2.0 Hardware platform: Intel(R) Xeon(R) Platinum 8380 CPU @ 2.30GHz NIC hardware: E810-CQDA2 Steps to reproduce 1.
