Secondary IP address: Multiple secondary IP addresses are configured for VF. Virtual Function is consumed by Virtual Machine. Each Virtual Machine is running a Custom DPDK application. Multiple IP addresses are configured for VF. Pings are NOT working for some of the IP addresses. The issue is random behavior.
